Pumps
- The rig is designed for testing and determining the hydraulic characteristics of pumps and pumping units in a horizontal position.
- Capable of testing submersible pump sections from sizes 272 to 740.
- The test bench can test sections with rotation speeds from 1,500 rpm to 6,000 rpm, with a capacity of up to 2,000 m³/d;
- Features automatic and manual control;
- All measuring instruments included in the test bench are included in the register of measuring instruments;
Motors
- Testing of submersible motors at idle and under load with a power rating of up to 125 kW;
- The test list is agreed upon with the customer and complies with GOST standards;
- The bench can test motors with speeds up to 6000 rpm;
- Compact design;
- Rotation speeds up to 6000 rpm;
- Stages can be arranged vertically or horizontally;
- The list of stages to be tested is agreed upon with the customer;
- Features automatic and manual control;
- All measuring instruments included in the bench are included in the Russian Federation Register of Measuring Instruments;
- The bench is certified by the Central Standards and Metrology Center;
- The test bench is designed to measure leakage currents and insulation resistance of cable products;
- It can also measure the ohmic resistance of lines;
- Test voltage up to 15 kV DC;
- Line testing is automatic with cable phase switching;
- All equipment is tested in accordance with the technical requirements of oil producing companies;
