Keramet-perm LLC has successfully entered the CNC machine coolant pump market under its KERAMET-MOTORS brand. A line of pumps has been developed based on production stages from the oil and gas industry. The products are certified in accordance with Resolution No. 719 "On Confirmation of Industrial Product Manufacturing in the Russian Federation" and Conclusion No. 21411/21 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. This series is designed for installation directly in the CNC tank. The outlet has a G1" pipe thread. The pumps are equipped with a protective filter to prevent chip ingress. Models CP-02 and CP-06 deliver full pressure of 2 and 6 bar over the operating flow range (50-70 l/m) and exceed the requirements of the technical specifications for the supply of equipment in their categories. Model CP-01 has only one stage and is designed for universal machines without cabinet protection.

The CP-10 model is designed for high-pressure coolant delivery. The design includes an additional intermediate bearing and an adjustable flange for various coolant tank configurations. Both the pump pressure and flow rate can be increased for larger orders or high annual demand.

Horizontal series pumps are installed adjacent to the coolant tank rather than within it. This arrangement saves space and reduces the coolant tank's weight. The pumps are also equipped with a protective filter to prevent chip ingress. The outlet has a G1" pipe thread and the inlet has a G1 1/4" thread. The HCP-02 and HCP-06 models deliver full pressure of 2 and 6 bar over the operating flow range (50-70 l/m). The HCP-01 model is designed for universal machines without cabinet protection.

Pressure and flow characteristics

Our pumps use Russian-made mechanical seals. The materials used in their manufacture are resistant to coolants. Graphite-ceramic friction pairs are used for 1- and 2-bar pumps.

Mechanical seals

Ceramic-on-ceramic seals are used for 6 and 10 bar pumps. Please specify your pump model in your request, and we will promptly ship the seal via freight. Seal warranty: 2 years.

The pump stage consists of an impeller and diffusor. Both parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. A textolite washer ensures the impeller's sliding within the diffusor.

Russian-made motors are always in stock. IP-55 protection ensures safe operation in dusty and humid conditions. The shaft is made of 40Chromium13 stainless steel.
