КЕРАМЕТ
Keramet-Perm LLC submersible electric centrifugal pumps and their components are designed for working in oil wells.
Some submersible electric centrifugal pumps can be supplied as booster pumps, as well as pumps for
injecting fluid to increase (maintain) formation fluid pressure.
They can also be supplied as part of double-ended systems.

The pumps can be supplied:
  • By series – from 217 till 740;
  • By purpose – standard, booster, and for pressure maintenance systems (inverted);
  • By capacity from 12 m³/d to 500 m³/d and higher;
  • By length (2; 3; 3.5; 4; 4.5; 5 meter sections);
  • By stage design – single-bearing, single-bearing with an extended hub, or double-bearing, as well as stages with an open impeller, designed for operation in environments with a high content of mechanical impurities, where the operation of traditional pumps is impossible;
  • By assembly type: assembly with floating stages, semi-compression or compression;
  • Based on formation fluid temperature: basic 110°C, heat-resistant 135°C, or extra heat-resistant 170°C;
  • Based on wear resistance (stage material): stages (working parts) can be made of unalloyed powder steels, low-alloy and high-alloy powder alloys. Basic or corrosion-resistant versions are available for corrosion resistance. The corrosion-resistant version can be made entirely of stainless steel or with a Monel-type coating;
  • Shaft spline type: straight-sided or involute connection;
  • Shaft power transmission: yield strength groups T9...T14;
  • Shaft material – stainless steel or alloys such as K-Monel or Inconel;
  • Connection – six-, eight-, or ten-point (thread pitch may vary according to customer specifications); Connection type – body-to-flange or flange-to-flange. All manufactured pumps have connection dimensions standardized with those of domestic manufacturers.

The manufactured pumps are highly repairable, including at any service center servicing electric power units. Upon request, adaptations for imported units are available.
