Powder metallurgy
Powder metallurgy manufacturing services. Currently, the company manufactures parts from the following materials:
Possible areas of application:
- Working parts (diffusors and impellers) of ESP;
- Bushings, including keyway bushings (protective shaft bushings for submersible centrifugal pumps, including repair bushings), splined bushings with one or two transitions along the outer and inner diameters);
- Sprockets;
- Gears;
- Cams;
- Segmented keys;
- Valve seats and bodies;
1. Powder steels and alloys (including stainless steels).
Possible areas of application:
- wear-resistant friction units (bearings for rotary turbodrills, intermediate bearings and end bearings for submersible centrifugal pumps);
- mechanical seals for pumping and compressor equipment.
3. Tungsten carbide (relit)
Possible areas of application:
- Filter elements for oil production equipment;
- Filters and blank-offs for compressed air systems.
2. Porous bronze and stainless steel products
- Iron-based antifriction parts (these materials successfully replace rolling bearings with plain bearings);
- automotive parts (shock absorber parts, piston rings, housings, pistons, guide bushings, protective rings, restrictor plates, compression valve plates, etc.);
- non-standard nut blanks.
Note: Parts with significant supply volumes (over 5,000 pieces per month) are the most cost-effective. We can also manufacture parts from non-ferrous metals and alloys.
This type of material can be applied in a 2-3 mm thick layer to a steel, including stainless steel, base. This results in a bimetallic component with an extremely wear-resistant coating.
