High-precision electrical discharge machining of various shaped holes, shaped cavities, cutters, profile grooves, slots, and machining of press molds from difficult-to-machine, high-hardness conductive workpieces on Mitsubishi electrical discharge machines (Japan). High-speed erosion machining on a DK7740 machine. Piercing machining on an AGIETRONE machine (Switzerland). Hole burning on an AGIE Drill 11 super drill (Switzerland).

Electrical discharge group

High-performance turning on a Solex (Taiwan) precision multi-axis turning center, model NL635T (1500mm center travel, driven tool, steady rest). Also available on the 1716 PF4, 16K20F3, and 1M63 (DIP-300) lathes.

Turning group

Milling of mold parts on Akira V4.5 and MT50 4-axis vertical milling machining centers (Taiwan). Auger milling and rotary axis tilting.

Milling group

Machined flat surfaces of various workpieces using the periphery of a grinding wheel on 3L722V (upgraded) and 3E711VF-1 surface grinding machines. SU200 cylindrical grinding machines (Germany). Subsequent finishing to Ra 0.063 (roughness class 11).

Grinding group

Balancing

We perform dynamic balancing on a Robals BS-34-50N machine. We remove metal by drilling, milling, or machining with a rotary tool. We also balance engine rotors.

Laser marking

Laser marking of products. Production of signs and nameplates.

Welding and assembly

We manufacture frames for various pump types. Laser or plasma cutting is followed by machining, welding, and assembly. Two-component paints are also available.

Measuring tool

We manufacture clamps, plugs, height gauges, and other gauges for serial production. Finishing is performed on high-precision finishing machines using cast iron finishing tools. Our measuring laboratory provides additional capabilities.
