КЕРАМЕТ
The main components operating in the "hot" zone of a small turbojet engine are the nozzle vane and turbine impeller. The nozzle vane is part of the engine casing and supports the shaft bearing on which the turbine impeller rotates. Keramet-Perm manufactures these components from heat-resistant composite materials similar in composition to traditional materials such as VZH159, Inconel 625, and F75 (CoCrMo).
Ongoing research is underway on the alloying of heat-resistant alloys to produce low-cost, mass-produced products while maintaining specified mechanical properties and service life.
Impellers for small turbojet engines are used in the manufacture of the following products:

The roughness of the working surface of the blades without additional processing is Ra = 5.0 µm (maximum). Additional electrolytic, mechanized, or manual surface polishing is available. Turbine impellers are balanced according to design documentation requirements. Our company has all the necessary equipment for the production of turbojet impellers, as well as other engine components or entire engines, should there be a confirmed demand for these products.
